Service terms and messaging consent
Terms of Service
On Time provides reminder and notification services based on user-configured schedules, selected channels, and enabled service features.
Messaging consent is separate. Users must explicitly agree to receive SMS/text messages from On Time. Consent is not inferred from general site use, account creation, or acceptance of privacy terms alone.
User controls
- Users are responsible for providing accurate contact information and selecting the channels they want enabled.
- Users can update messaging preferences, disable channels, or request help through product settings or support.
- Consent can be revoked at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in messages or by contacting support.
Messaging program details
- Message types may include sign-in codes, account alerts, onboarding reminders, service updates, and user-configured reminder notifications.
- Message frequency varies based on the user’s calendar activity, reminder configuration, and account events.
- Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or contact support@beontime.pro.
- Consent to receive text messages is obtained through a dedicated opt-in control in the login flow and is not bundled with general acceptance of site terms.
Public disclosure commitments
- On Time identifies itself by name in the SMS opt-in flow.
- The opt-in flow explains the types of text messages users may receive before the first SMS is sent.
- Public pages restate message frequency variability, message/data rates, HELP and STOP instructions, and support contact information.

Recommended website opt-in statement
This is the stronger consent language I recommend using anywhere a phone number can be submitted for messaging, with an unchecked checkbox placed directly beside or below the phone field.
Checkbox label
I agree to receive SMS text messages from On Time about account access, reminder notifications, service updates, and other service-related alerts at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Optional short disclosure for nearby helper text
By checking the box above, you consent to receive text messages from On Time at the number provided for account, reminder, and service-related notifications. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Why this language is stronger
- It explicitly says SMS text messages, not just notifications or messages.
- It clearly identifies the sender as On Time.
- It describes the message categories users may receive.
- It includes message frequency, rates, HELP, STOP, and non-purchase-condition language.
- It keeps consent separate from acceptance of general terms.
