On Time processes only the account, contact, and reminder-related information needed to authenticate users, monitor reminders, and deliver the notification channels they choose.

What we process

  • Contact details such as email address or mobile number used for sign-in and reminder delivery.
  • Account and calendar connection metadata needed to sync reminders and service settings.
  • Reminder and delivery metadata needed to send requested alerts across email, SMS, voice, and push channels.

How providers are used

  • We use third-party providers only as needed to operate the service, authenticate users, and deliver requested notifications.
  • Messaging providers may process your destination number, message content, and delivery status in order to complete reminder delivery.
  • We maintain public-facing messaging disclosures, sample program details, and support contact information so users can understand what they are opting into before SMS is sent.

Consent to receive SMS or voice reminders is collected separately from general terms acceptance. Message frequency varies based on the reminder schedule, urgency level, and service configuration chosen by the user. Standard message and data rates may apply.
